It was overall a good hotel for the price. It would have been nice if there was a mini bar there.

Nice and modern rooms in a good location. Staff friendly and complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water.

Staff are lovely. The hotel looks brand new. Everything perfectly clean. The hotel is in a nice location too

The hotel was always clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and could speak good English.
Small things that could improve the hotel, are a shelf above the sink in the bathroom, so that you can put toiletries on. A waste bin in the bedroom.
Apart from that the hotel was excellent value for money and well situated within the city centre.
Would have no hesitation in going back on my next visit. And would be happy to recommended this hotel.

Great central location.
Posted 25 Dec 2018 on HotelsAwesome stay in Poltava. The hotel is in a great location, very central, but very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, and the receptionists are great. I know where to stay when I'm in Poltava again.
