Terrible experience, no value for money, in my amenities it was written... airport transfer free but not provided by hotel, swimming cool water was very cold not usable, room condition was also very so so or average not Up to the mark, even staff was also not friendly and in night only security guard was handling whole hotel.

Other than hot water not being available all the time unless you ask for it, and trying to charge me for room service we didn’t order, we liked the property, location and cleanliness.

This hotel is very basic, we asked for a suite which we got but there were so many issues with the room that we had to change the room. The electricity cut out every 15mins so we weren’t impressed. Spa was awful, I went to see it but didn’t bother to book a treatment. Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful.

Someone needs to go through room by room and check if things work. Start with doors, then go to safes, TV’s and then the showers. Good hotel but a complete lack of maintenance since it was built let’s it down.
