Nice suite with view of the ocean. Clean and fairly quiet. Some good local restaurants nearby. The suite was fairly well equipped but could have used some tea towels, face cloths & coffee filters. We tried to reach out by WhatsApp and email several times during our stay with the hotel team and got no response so there was no support in booking excursions unfortunately. With no reception at the site, it was difficult to know how to get in touch with them. Would stay there again but would not expect to get help.

Ok suite with nice small pool and easy access to beach area. Not close to town areas but couple of good restaurants within short walk. Handy store very nearby. Order breakfast the day before and dinner early if staying in. Book any activities in advance

The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen.

Mold infested bathrooms, ripped linen, broken plumbing, grime and dirt on couches and floors, broken TV x 4, insufficient towels & tea towels, broken knives etc. Hard as a rock single beds. Broken Airconditioning. Cracked bathtubs in all bathrooms unable to be used. Not the photos I saw advertised, FALSE ADVERTISING.

Our operations team checked the apartment as per normal preparations for our guest's arrival and no concerns about defective equipment or cleanliness were raised. Trust that in any case the apartment was considered unsuitable for your stay, we would have informed you and a different option would have been offered before your arrival. Your first complaint was raised 1 day after your arrival, and we immediately sent an operations team to check on you and remediate if any. Upon inspection, all equipment was fully operational, and the rooms were clean. Daily cleaning is offered to all our in-house guests, and during your stay you declined same on several occasions, allowing our staff only twice in the apartment. Having at heart your comfort and your whole experience at Bon Azur, we offered to move you to another 4-bedroom suite which you agreed to visit but did not move to in the end. Rest assured that our guest experience and satisfaction are our top priority and here at LOV we are committed to this mission. Hopefully, you may reconsider, and we shall have the privilege to welcome you again. Wishing you well, The LOV team

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful, specially the Manager Soobhug. we arrived early and was accommodated with an early check in. I would definitely recommend Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses.
