The hotel was ok. No elevators unfortunately. They were able to accommodate us by getting a main floor room because my husband can not do stairs, but it seemed like a great inconvenience for the staff member to change our room. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows are very hard.

The front desk staff member was kind and informative. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff never was very kind. The king suite was spacious and accommodating but the walls had very limited sound proof. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like someone was doing gymnastics all night upstairs. You could hear conversations from the rooms next to us. The pool water smelled a little foul and had no smell of chlorine. The hot tub smelled worse and we think my sister in law may have gotten ringworm from it. Overall the hotel was clean except for the pool and hot tub water.

Would have been nice to know there is no elevator. Other than that it was a great place. Breakfast was very good.

Desi was magnificent. The night before check in I thought I was paying for my room but I accidentally made a second reservation for the night before. Desi worked her magic and the situation was resolved. Thank you Desi for going above and beyond!!!
