- The room walls and windows were not soundproof and we could hear everyone all night. We had to check to make sure the window wasn't open because the sound was so loud.
- The AC didn’t work, so the room was very hot.
- Our reservation was for 3 people but we only had water and towels for 2. We had to ask housekeeping for an extra towel.
- The foldable bed was very unstable and kept falling during the night every time I moved a bit.
- There was a stain on the foldable bed’s sheets.
- The finishing on all the furniture is peeling and the bathtub has rust on it.
- Our room door would only close if we slammed.
Overall we had a very poor experience with the room. The staff at check in was lovely, but the room ruined our experience of this hotel that was supposed to be semi-luxurious 4 stars at a fairly high pricepoint.
We will unfortunately not be coming back to an SB hotel because of this experience.

Great place to stay wouldn’t hesitate booking again! Rooms are very nice and staff is great. Only thing that needs some work is there gym but pool, steam and sauna are great!

Nice location and nice staff but shower water temperature kept changing suddenly so had to have a bath. The pool was nice but not heated.
