Good location. Close to Poblenou ramblas which is far better than the main ramblas beside the gothic quarter. Also very close to the beach. City centre is about 25 minute walk.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and only 3 blocks away from Rambla del Poblenou where most of the bars and restaurants are located. The streets around the hotel are quiet. We would stay here again. Nice neighborhood for a big city

The hotel is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the metro and a couple of stops from central Barcelona. Rooms were a good size, clean and tidy. Only issue was that the air con was set to heating (stayed early March) so rooms were very hot at night. Had to sleep with the windows open and it could be noisy on the street outside.

Good but bad service.

Good room but they charged 20 euros to allow us to check in before 3 when the room was clearly already available. Additionally, they fail to tell us they had book us in room that was very warm due to the side of the building where the sun shines, and they fail to tell us the ac didn’t work. Location is not great

Basic comfort, not a 4 star feeling

I agree with other users: it should not be a 4 star. Pricing was good but service very poor: example I used cups provided in the room for coffee and they were left dirty when I came back in the evening. I thought it was just a mistake, called receptionist and was told they only provide one welcome coffee and do not replace dirty cups. So in a 4 star hotel you are supposed to keep them dirty for 3 days…. Additionally the room conditions were fair but with lots of details not right ( dust, old bed runners, small tv etc) On the positives: good location, safe neighbourhood, competitive price.
