Poblacion Hotels with Hot Tubs

"The location of this bldg is not bad however the unit I ended up with is terrible. I tried to check in early, noon time but I was told I cannot because the previous tenant just checked out and they are still cleaning the unit. When I came back at 1700 to check in again, I find the master bathroom dirty. The floor looks like someone stepped in with dirty shoes and left dirt. The tub had dirt on the sides, it’s unbearable. "Well maintained, clean family rooms adjacent to a big pool for adults and kids alike. All staff are very helpful, accomodating and always smiling. Filipino Breakfast is very good, but need more choices to cater continental and foreign visitors. Otherwise, a 4.5 hotel."
