Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The location of this bldg is not bad however the unit I ended up with is terrible. I tried to check in early, noon time but I was told I cannot because the previous tenant just checked out and they are still cleaning the unit. When I came back at 1700 to check in again, I find the master bathroom dirty. The floor looks like someone stepped in with dirty shoes and left dirt. The tub had dirt on the sides, it’s unbearable. The other shower, the glass part had shampoo, soap and water residue that you can tell it did not get clean. The third restroom that just had the sink and toilet, the toilet does not flush and no running water in the sink. The master bedroom floor looks like it did not get clean and there were dirty and smelly blankets shoved inside the closet. The kitchen, the microwave was filthy. Lots of food residue inside and it looks it has not been clean for a while. I needed up cleaning that as well. The sink rained slow. There is a washing machine inside the unit so you can wash clothes however no dryer. You cannot hang your clothes in the balcony so you have to figure out where to dry your clothes. You are barely provided with hangers.
Overall I do not recommend this unit. I cannot say the bldg because it is a condo and each unit could have different power. But if you book this bldg and you get 16k request refund or different unit. Communication with mngr is horrible.
