Outstanding staff, good facility, well spaced, WiFi ok. And wadding pool/jacuzzi on the 5th floor.

There were bugs in the room and beddings were dingy, pillows were so lumpy, and the towels were gray which I’m sure were white at one time. When I brought my concern to the staff’s attention they offered me another room but not that much different. They said they have a better room but I will have to pay extra for it. We had a 3 day reservation but checked out in less than 24hrs. I was not spending another penny on this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel even stay in business and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking your stay here.

Improved. Good sign. On the up. All elevators working, looking better. Just don’t make caesar salad with head/ iceberg lettuce!
