Generally, not a bad place. Could get a bit of modernisation. The room we stayed in was very small and we really struggled to move around, let alone get clothes out of the luggage. We liked breakfasts though, the breakfast area very nice and clean, and the place is dog friendly so overall if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the move, I suppose it doesn’t need to be a 5 star fancy hotel to enjoy your holiday.

very friendly and good value - would like a few non fried options to be added to menu like poached eggs

Posted 11 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe Kynance was a great last minute booking. It had everything you needed and included a varied breakfast for the price. Customer service was above and beyond. Something was left in the room. I called and the staff sorted it straight away and sent it Special Delivery immediately and even covered the postage which was so kind. I definitely recommend. Great reception on arrival - John was genuine, friendly and extremely helpful.
Room was perfect for our needs and money.
Excellent customer service throughout our stay
Our dogs were spoiled and given a sausage at breakfast - we sat in separate area to dining room but it was very nice
Excellent value for money - can highly recommend
