This was a lovely property. Stylishly refurbished, spacious and comfortable room in a house of the Georgian era. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here, and would definitely book again if visiting the area in the future.

I stayed here with my young son. The team were lovely, all super helpful and very child friendly. The room was huge and very clean. The location is great as you can easily walk to town for shopping & restaurants or go in the other direction to the sea.
The breakfast was fab as you can order a hot breakfast or enjoy plenty of continental choices, which suited my son too.
10/10 - Deffo worth the stay!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, clean room and guest areas. Very reasonably priced. Would and are going to stay again!

Could be warm in room as it is a basement room but they had a portable air conditioner which made it comfortable.

Beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. Quiet, restful sleep each of seven nights with delightful home cooked breakfast each morning. Just 20 minutes walk to train station and half that time to city centre and Barbican. Perfect location, if slightly uphill walks
to most places of interest. Staff were excellent: friendly, helpful and efficient. A true delight to spend a week here. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you, Drake Hotel, for being all we were hoping for.

The Drake was well located, had free parking, staff members were very helpful, property was very clean & the breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Great Central location. It is an older building but it has been updated. Not concerns although water pressure in shower was a little low and the water not as hot as I would like. overall, it is a great location with parking despite not having water view. Would definitely stay there again.
