James and Marie gave us the warmest of welcomes and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our brief stay comfortable. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean and the breakfast is exceptional for range of choice and quality.
The location is great, a minute's walk from Plymouth Hoe front and the sea. .
Highly recommended.

Marie was such a lovely host, fabulous accommodation and breakfast was of the highest standard with a variety of choices. Would stay here again and recommend.

Very homely feel making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Hospitality was first class and especially like little touches like fresh milk for in room hot drinks.
Would recommend and hopefully will have a return visit in the future!

Lovely guest house just a few minutes drive from plymouth international port with easy parking (pay at machine or Ringo app) and just s short walk to the sea front with all its shops bars and pubs.
My room was a single and was spotlessly clean with fresh towels in the ensuite shower room along with toiletries etc, the room itself had a comfortable single bed a good sized tv, kettle, hairdryer and tea and coffee.
Breakfast was top notch and a good choice is offered with fresh orange tea and coffee as a choice with full english, cereal or continental food.
Lovely friendly hosts who where more than willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.
I will definitly be using again if staying in plymouth and can highly recommend this guest house.
