Comfortable room, good shower and a comfortable bed.
Ideally located for both the shops and the Hoe & Barbican

The lady who runs this was very accommodating as I had made a mistake on the booking due to some cognitive problems. I also arrived late and arrangements were made for access to hitch was appreciated. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. A very nice host.

The hoteliers were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for access to The Hoe and central Plymouth. We would recommend this Guest house unreservedly.

Very good place to use as base camp to explore Plymouth and surrounding areas. Clean good breakfast helpful friendly staff
