We stayed for just two nights and right off the bat we were greeted with a very friendly atmosphere helped by the desk clerk whose name was Kamelia, she was so helpfull and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She as did all the staff welcomed my dog Jessie and really made us feel comfortable.
I highly recomend this hotel and defifinately would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Thankyou Kamelia, you are an asset to the hotel chain.

The hotel location is very central and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, overall I enjoyed my stay

Iv travelled over 25 countries, driven from uk to north Iraq, twice, and uk to istanbul 3 times, plovdiv holiday inn is ultra professional, the staff are absolutely lovely ,the food is excellent the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are perfect, iv stayed twice now and wouldnt even consider anywhere else , they have achieved perfection 😇
