This place came to our rescue at a difficult time. The staff were the shining stars. They were completely full which stretches resources, yet the staff were on top of things, and really made us feel like family. Having a pool was a great feature with kids. No place is perfect, but when the staff is amazing, nothing else really matters.

I reserved 2 rooms in the morning and 5pm they called and said they were booked. No more rooms available. What’s the point of making a “reservation”

Need more employees.Got there to check in and no one was a the front dest for a hour to check me in. Corporate need to notify immediately

When I arrived staff was arguing smelled like marijuana, I checked in and checked out 1 hour later,Room was dirty and people were outside doing drugs,Worst experience ever my 5 year old was devestated!

Property is not clean and smelly. Carpet has not been cleaned for several years. Amenities do not work. Housekeeping only done once a week. No blankets, shampoo, kitchen amenities- need to call front desk for everything.

Property is in rough condition. Electronic keys barely work. Was locked out of my room for 30 minutes because none of my keys worked and staff was away for 30 minutes. Even after programming new keys, couldn’t get in my room. Manager had to come to my room to let me in. Halls smelled like cigars as someone smokes in the building. Showers barely work. I guess you get what you pay for.

This phone in my room does not worked. I have brought over some tools to see if I can get the plug fixed. It would be very helpful to have a phone in my room that works.

dirty, claustrophobic, in disrepair. Smelled of food cooking every night. It advertises free breakfast which is a total joke.
