Hotel is Beautiful and staff was very friendly. Unable to make dinner reservations because we were told everything was booked. The only downside was that our family was not allowed to sit together one night because we “have different rooms” idk what that was about but overall it was great.

My family and I had a great stay at the Paradisus. The rooms and other facilities were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and there are plenty of activities for children. We hope to visit again soon.

This is my second time at this resort. Previously we were there in 2019. This time around, we were very happy that the nespresso and gelato bars are free of charge. They also have room service also free of charge but will charge about $5-10?you if you use it more than three times. We were very happy that they Have these nice Stokke high chairs for the kids! babysitting services are available free of charge. We didn’t use it but it’s good to know that it’s available. Def book dinners on the day you arrive so that you can eat at the many family friendly restaurants. My only complaint was that the family buffet has less option than the adult buffet but there are the many good restaurants present at this resort. Very clean and friendly staff. Will see them again in a few years!! 😍

There was a variety of good food and easy to get around. Lots of activities for the grandkids.

This was our 5TH time at this resort and we have been to many others- Paradisus is by far the best! From the moment we arrived Fernando greeted us at the front desk and checked us into 3 beautiful rooms , we really love everything about this place but the best part are the employees - they are all so friendly and nice
