Enjoy the stay. Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I would high recommend for family vacation.

I’ve gone to all inclusive resorts, roughly 10 times in my life and this one was extra cool because it came with a street of all kinds of all inclusive fun one being a bowling alley a theatre a full-blown coffee shop a full-blown ice cream shop many restaurants the buffet was outstanding The rooms were decent enough. The park was outstanding so many pools swim up bars beautiful beach. Nice beach restaraunt , lots of other activities .

Privilege check in but no butler. No luggage til last day

This is my second time visiting within the last 2 years and I will say that the quality of service has dipped. It shows in all aspects from maintenance of the resort, the food, the entertainment, the customer service, etc. There were some days and some people better than others but overall 7.5/10

This was my second time staying at this resort and the available options for food and on site shopping are conveniences I definitely enjoyed.
