tienen muchas reglas,quieren cobrar por todo, ami me cobraron 60 pesos por que ensucie una tualla con mango. a otra persona le cobraron por que un nino tiro soda en el piso. la escusa que usan es de que la persona que limpia le toma mas tiempo limpiar.las camas parese ser que son de piedra.

Estimado Sr. JuvenalAgradecemos el tiempo tomado para su amable evaluación.Lamentamos profundamente que esta estadía no haya sido de su completo agrado, También me gustaría comentarle que No cobramos más de lo debido, lo de su toalla no fue lo del mango de hecho se le mostro más imagen de cómo había quedado. Lo del menor estuve investigando y nadie cobro, de hecho, no sabíamos que había tirado una soda. No nos comunicó nada del colchón, tenemos unas colchonetas ortopédicas, que seguro le hubieran funcionado muy bien, de verdad lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas y le ofrecemos una sincera disculpa por eso.Saludos Cordiales

El staff fue muy amable en recepción y también las personas que nos atendieron en el turno de la noche, el hotel es muy limpio y me gustó mucho el área de regadera, es muy amplia y el agua sale a excelente presión.

This was a great hotel if you are planning to stay off resort in Mexico. My mother is a snowbird and my sister and I went to visit her for a week so we decided to stay somewhere near her and close to 5th avenue. This place smelt amazing, the pool was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our toilet had broke mid week and so they moved us to a bigger and nicer room for free. So accommodating! Would 11/10 stay here again.

The property could be great but the services they list aren’t always working. Internet wasn’t working the entire time and penalized my stay and costed me extra to go elsewhere. The water doesn’t always come out, and not hot

The location was good, close to shops and restaurants. Its just a place to sleep, clean up and go explore.

The hotel is quite nice however the front of the building is noisy at night and the back is much quieter after midnight when the live music stops. The staff are helpful. However, there is. O English television stations available and that is a must have for many.

The room was in poor conditions, dirty and with a kitchen I did not ask for. The cleaners did not clean the room and left the garbage from the previous guests. The staff was useless and unable to address or improve the stay. The bedsheets were disgusting and the bathroom had dirt all over the place. The room had a window that faced a wall and felt claustrophobic.

I haven’t find any upgrade. They gave a room on a main floor very close to the lobby
