Our room flooded with rain water coming from hallways
We contacted the guest service manager amd said its normal since the water not coming from the ceiling
She did not offer anything for our wet shoes and clothes
She was rude

Beautiful resort and hospitality was excellent. Only thing I didn’t like it rained everyday….

Overall it was a great property only thing is drinks ! Definitely need better drinks only one girl at the pool bar made the drinks taste good . Also Jorge was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had in Mexico !

Expedia confirmed the changes requested via email. Upon arrival staff at the hotel flat-out denied the receipt of the request and I had to pay unexpected penalties and charges.
Very poor communication.
Will not recommend this property.

Relaxing and peaceful, all the stuff is very nice.
Food is good, everything is nice …

The place itself is very nice. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Shower gets hot and is spacious. Loved the blackout curtains. Resort is very quiet during the day and at night and not at all a party scene. Drinks were always tasty and detailed. Only negative was the sargassum on the beach that was not present at other nearby resorts.

My friends and I had an amazing stay for our girls trip! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The resort is so beautiful, and the perfect place to relax! Food and drink options are great! Would definitely recommend!!

This property was incredible, had a great assortment of food options as well as the kindest staff! Our favorite meals were at Capri Grill!! Thank you to Salome, Marco, Michelle, Juan from Mexico, Enrique and Anita at the spa for making this trip amazing!
The acrobatics show at the pool was also top tier!
