Bed bugs ruined it for me. Won’t be back, which is a shame because everything else was great.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Xcaret Arte for a Special Occasion Two years ago, my experience at Xcaret Arte was stellar, prompting me to choose this location once again for another milestone - my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, this visit has not lived up to the previous standard, leading me to reconsider my recommendation of this hotel. Despite booking five rooms directly through the hotel based on the promise of enhanced service, our experience has been anything but satisfactory. A primary issue has been the unavailability of the Michelin star restaurants. Despite assurances that the booking of these highly sought-after dining experiences would be managed on our behalf, upon arrival, we found them completely booked. This oversight has significantly impacted our celebration, as no accommodations could be made for our large party. The difference between our current experience and the one from two years ago is night and day. Previously, every detail was handled with care, ensuring a memorable celebration. This time, the lack of attention to our specific needs and the failure to secure important aspects of our trip has left us deeply disappointed. For those considering Xcaret Arte for a special occasion or group event, I would advise caution. The inconsistency in service and failure to deliver on promises may mar your experience as it did ours. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend Xcaret Arte at this time.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the parks, the architecture. We were there on a honeymoon and enjoyed every second! (very expensive though)

All staffers were super helpful, and willing to answer your questions. From the gardeners to the bus drivers, waiters, etc., all really friendly
