We arrived and had to walk our luggage to the hotel out in the middle of a busy street, the room was filled with tiny bugs, cracks in the walls and ceiling, loud loud noise outside until 3 in the morning. For $500 a night I was terribly disappointed. (Never again!!!)

Bar/Restraunt shut down! No food/drinks available
Posted 24 Feb 2024 on HotelsLet me first start by saying that this hotel is gorgeous and in a perfect location.
However when we arrived they let us know that their restaurant and bar were shut down by the city and they lost their license so we didn't have access to any food room service or bar service while on property.
This was a huge disappointment because one of the reasons why I booked this place was so that we could have poolside bar service. If the hotel had been honest about the condition and let us know before we came that they did not have food available we would have canceled the reservation and book somewhere else but I feel like they deceived us.
They were also doing very noisy construction on the restaurant and bar during the day when we were laying around the pool. They also charged us a $300 deposit which seemed unnecessary because there was nowhere to spend the money.
All in all it was a huge disappointment to stay at this place and I don't like being deceived.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and fresh.
Though, checking in is very slow and chaotic. Nobody seems to know what they are doing.
But enjoyable stay apart from the check in process
