No recomiendo este lugar por ningún motivo me robaron de la habitación un llavero Michale kors de mi
bolsa y me quebraron una de mis maletas! Me di cuenta cuando llegué al aeropuerto 😡😡😡😡😡😡

A great place to stay in PDC, on the main plaza with all of its local daily activity and just steps from both the ADO terminal and the beach. Although the area is bustling, it is quite serene on the large balconies of the oceanfront junior suites. My oceanfront junior suite was very large, a bit spartan but with a gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze when you are on the balcony. Highly recommend.

Stayed in this Hotel from 27 April 2024 to 30 April 2024.
We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to go back again.
Pros -
1. Location: located on Juarez Ave. and 5th Ave, this place is right across Parque Los Fundadores. Its steps to the beach, 5th Ave., ADO Terminal. Very convinient location in terms of transportation, food and nightlife.
2. Hotel Staff: The hotel staff are super kind and helpful. Always greeting you with a smile and assisting you.
3. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the Carribbean sea and Parque Los Fundadores. It had a walkout balcony as well.
4. Safety: We felt very safe at this hotel. There was a locker in the room as well to keep our valuables. The hotel has an iron gate that is closed every night at 12am. We were told that the front desk staff would open it incase we needed to go out.
5. Pool: the hotel has a swimming pool. Small but clean. Its a nice place to cool off after an exhausting day.

This small hotel is clean with nice decor...it's just off the beach on the south end of town with many rooms having an ocean view. Very reasonable rates!

This hotel is in the middle of the touristic area, and a short walk from the ferry, shopping mall, beach, and stores. It is also close to the ADO station. It is very safe. The hotel was clean and service was good. It can be loud at night depending on events at Parque los fundadores, but relatively quiet after 11pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like is that the parking lot is too far from the hotel.

I was very happy with my stay at Casa Melissa Hotel. I booked my stay without any expectations and I was satisfied at the end. It's literally close to everything. Right when you step out, everything is in front of you and all around. The ADO bus station is around the corner as well restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, bank, Cozumel ferry. Like everything! The hotel itself is basic bu ct we got A/C, oceanview, hot water,leanliness
