The Hotel is a stunning building and location is great right next to the main Square, it’s location is difficult to find so a call before you arrive is best.

What a gem! We picked it truly randomly based on convenience on our way to Portugal. What a surprise. Plascencia is a beautiful small city, and the hotel is beyong beautiful. Modern, comfortable, definitively a must if you’re seatching for a hotel in this area.

Difficult to reach by car especially during medieval festival weekend. Very helpful staff member. But damaged car during exit after stay exiting parking spot

We are sorry for the inconvenience.As for the arrival through the medieval market, it is true that it is somewhat more complicated, but fortunately this type of events are temporary and it is normal that following our directions you will arrive at the hotel without any problems.We are glad that our staff were helpful. Great hotel but above all lovely staff.
