Extremely clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was also good.

Check in with Dave was great and he was super helpful. The place was quiet than I expected, and was clean.
This is a dated property. While some upgrades are happening, there is much to do. The bathroom fan sounded like an plane with the number 2 motor bearing shot which did nothing for ventilating the space. The TV was small, and the instructions on the end table did not get us in - we used our phone and had a better experience.

Clean and conveniently located. Staff was very helpful. There was a band at the bar the night I stayed, but my room was perfectly quiet.

The Parking lot area and entrance needs repaved.
Staff was very helpful on directions and food suggestions.
Sports Pub inside the hotel was very good with food and drinks.

The parking lot needs some work, drive slowly. The staff was great, but the hotel just feels old and worn. It’s a very convenient for anyone visiting Arnold/New Ken, and we slept well, and the bar in the hotel was great.
