Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child so having a TV in the room was kind of important. Also, bed sheets need an upgrade. They look old and heavily used.

Air conditioner in room was noisy it was so loud it kept us up most of the night.

We prepaid for the room and called ahead to make sure they knew we had a late flight. They assured us it was not a problem and the room would be waiting. The taxi dropped us off at the hotel around midnight. They had given our room away and had nothing available. They did get us a room next door but we had to pay again and after a long day of travel it was totally unacceptable. Now we have to deal with securing the refund from Expedia.
