I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport. The location was a convenient drive to/from downtown Pittsburgh for a concert at Heinz Field. The bed was comfortable. The room was good. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. This location is very close to IKEA which was a bonus for me.

First let me say this hotel is located in a great location. It’s cute and quaint; however the upkeep is not there. Or room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom sink was clogged, it has a lever in the back to drain that didn’t work. The bathroom floor was so dirty, especially in the corners of the tub/shower. The toilet seat was not sturdy and there were boogers and spit marks on the wall closest to the second bed by the window. (I did take pictures) If they put the right amount of resources into cleaning this would be an idea place to stay. We only needed it for one night but will not be staying here again should we take another trip to Pittsburgh.

The room was a little small and could use a little updating however, it was a quiet hotel. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants pretty much anything you might need.
