Clearly, the hotel was renovated at one point. But the furniture was old, dated, had chips and scratches and they had visible stains on the couch and curtains. The bed was an old, low spring mattress. These are all likely because they allow pets. It was busy, but I was solo travelling and don’t mind a busy hotel. The location wasn’t the best in terms of getting to things. If you just need a nightstay out of emergency its not the worst. It’s motel quality but with a beautiful lobby and great amenities. Probably won’t stay here when I return.

The breakfast was great and they had a very nice area to sit outside. The rooms we were given were nice but needed some updating. The shower was either very hot or very cold and the bed was very uncomfortable. In addition, the studio with a separate bedroom I booked on line with two queen beds was not what we were given.

People at front desk both times were not super friendly but not rude. Property was clean and safe and very nice. Other guests were very loud.

I stayed here for a night with my kids during a long drive. The convenience of this Hilton-affiliated property was great, as I could check in with the app and handle the door myself. However, the shower booth had old water stains and the sink didn't drain well. And the couch had so many stains. I booked a suite/studio with two queen beds, but we received a room with two double beds. Since we arrived at dawn and were very tired, we didn't ask for a change. The breakfast was good, but it was too crowded, and there was no place to sit. Overall, it was okay but the cleanliness needs to be improved.

The people in Pittsburgh and their surrounding area are so nice! I felt welcomed and very relaxed!
