Staff was very accommodating when our room wasn’t ready (got free drinks at the bar). Great walkable location to many good spots in the city. Would return/recommend

The only thing that bummed me out was that I chose this property because I was looking forward to a room service meal where someone brings me food and takes away the dishes so that I don’t have to do any work for once, but we really found the menu to be limited and uninspiring enough that nothing appealed to either of us (and I’m a bit of a foodie so it’s not like I’m picky). One evening, we returned to the hotel and were starving so we went straight to the restaurant, but we actually got up and left the table because we totally forgot in our hunger that the menu was what it was. So we never had a meal there, but it WAS nice to have someone bring me a pot of coffee good enough to drink it black.
Otherwise everything about the property, service, and location was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing. Area had some iffy characters but the hotel is world class

Hotel is very well located, and it is kept in good conditions. However, rooms seem to need an update.
