The lobby and bar area needed cleaning up after a group of young boys were running all over. Parents didn’t stop the kids and neither did hotel staff

Was really close to the Hollywood Casino (went for an event there), lots of drive thru and sit down dining options within 1-10mins from property (Wendy’s within 3min walking distance). Open air mall within 5mins.
Rooms were spacious, staff was really nice, I just thought bathroom shower areas were a bit dated compared to the rest of the room/bathroom and there was no bathroom fan…which was really odd and did not help with sounds or ventilation for steam.
Breakfast could use a waffle maker or two or maybe a couple more hot options, but was normal for included breakfast.
Receiving/entrance was spacious and inviting as well- has bar from 5-10pm. They do offer appetizers, but I did not ask or partake.
Would go and stay there again.

My family and I stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. Parking was easy and also felt safe. Breakfast could use an upgrade. I suggest rather than offer a dozen mediocre items, just pick 2-4 and make them awesome. Will come back.

Really nice stay. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable with a large TV. Modern bathroom and sink with lovely walk-in shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing, everyone there was so nice!! The bed and pillows how ever was terrible!! That is probably our only compliant!!
