If you want to get any sleep at this hotel, especially on a weekend, STAY AWAY! Cars drag racing down Penn all night and drunk crowds shouting as they leave the bars. Little to no soundproofing. Probably better options not on this stretch of Penn.

A few homeless folks begging for money around the entrance and up and down the streets; but I did not feel unsafe at all.
