We love the staff at this Comfort Suites! From the front desk staff to housekeeping to breakfast management, they are all pleasant, kind and helpful. There were a few glitches: elevator was having issues briefly, but serviced right away, and the AC/Heat & fan unit was a bit loud. That said, the room itself is very soundproof, unlike the more expensive Hampton down the street. Also could use better landscaping around the entrance to the property. Comfort is positioned in a very busy area, and driving in and out can be difficult with the somewhat obstructed view of oncoming traffic. Still, when we are back home to visit family, it is a very comfortable and affordable place to spend the night.

Our room was right next to the side exit door. We were given a handicap room. Hated the bathroom shower, water flooded the bathroom floor. Did not have the movie channels like the guide listed.

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. However the parking lot and surrounding roads are absolutely awful.

Room was spacious and hotel was easily accessible from the highway. Lots of restaurants within a short drive.
