I didn’t like staying in a room that had been smokers room when I requested a non smoker’s room. The smell was terrible. I didn’t like using outside steps to get to the second floor. The woman at the front desk was condescending

they gave us a room directly above a gaggle of barking dogs. toilet smelled like well water. when we checked out not even two hours after checking in, the clerk at the front desk did not bother to ask why because she already knew. no refund was offered. absolutely horrific!

I didn't have a chance to stay there because my late flight to Miami made the connection to Pitt impossible. However, the hotel wouldn't refund my payment, even though I'd paid for insurance. That's unfair.

My family stayed here while on a quick trip to the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well tended. The staff were friendly and checked us in and out quickly. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations we needed. Nothing fancy, but a good value. We would stay here again.
