Pleasant staff and good cleanliness overall.
Would welcome a bigger choice on the menu especially the deserts where the hot pudding was the same every night.

An old hotel, so showing it's age in places, but clean and comfortable. It also has a decent pool for a swim, plus jacuzzi and sauna.
We've stayed a few times. Quiet and easy parking on previous visits (out of season), but car parking spaces limited tjis time as hotel was full. And "evening entertainment" was audible in our top floor room...
Breakfast is good. Overall good value.
We will stay again, espcially for the pool.

The breakfast was good and the dining room was pleasant. However, there were only plastic! flowers throughout the dining room! ☹️
The set dinner was rather same-ish with two of the dessert dishes (offered amongst a total of three) identical on each of our three evenings.
The food was always pleasantly presented.
The appearance of some hotels can be described as tired. I would describe the Pitlochry Hydro Hotel as appearing exhausted! ☹️
Staff were mostly very pleasant! 😊

Reminder of a bygone era but with modern facilities
Well located above the hustle and bustle of the town but only a pleasant walk away from the features of the town
Good parking with a large overflow parking area

Friendly comfortable hotel where staff looked after the customers and a selection of very good food and alchohol to suit all taste's, in a friendly environment but a short distance from the nearby town or a short drive to local focul points. Very enjoyable and relaxing time.
