Check in was very late. Rooms were in two separate buildings. Was not told my 87 year old mother had to do many flights of steps.

Dear PhilipThank you for sharing your recent experience.Our staff do try to accommodate all our guest. I can see that you booked the townhouse family room which is on the first floor and you booked a room in the main building which is also on the first floor.On the third party sites that we use we do let our guests know that we are over two building and rooms are reached by stairs as we do not have any lifts.Check in is from 4pm which I understand does not suit everyone and I can only apologise for any discomfort that this caused.We truly appreciate all feedback as this allows us to identify areas for improvement.Thank you once again.Kind regards

Great location. Lovely people. Fun pub. Wish the parking had been a little better. No elevator but they helped with the bags. Would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome town and the hotel was great. We stayed in the family cottage and I would have loved to have stayed for a month. Cottage was clean and spacious. The food next door was perfect. Make sure. You get reservations beforehand. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Staff was prompt friendly and very welcoming. They addressed all our needs with quickly.
Room was comfy and we totally enjoyed our stay.
