"I loved this hotel: the ambience, the staff and the location are excellent. Breakfast however was disappointing. the hot food was not of a high standard and the pastries were long life and not freshly baked. The juices were also made from concentrate. this could definitely be improved on."

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

"This hotel was bright, clean, and refreshing! We enjoyed the large suite on the 7th floor which was quite roomy and comfortable. The view out the large window area was awesome, as it was of Mt. Vesuvius … such a great place to snap some amazing photos. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the central Train Station, the Bus Terminal, and pick-up spots for our chosen tours. We only had breakfast there on three occasions, but the food and drink items were plentiful and very good."
