Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"Lovely stay in a brilliant hotel. Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming, they even upgraded our room for our anniversary which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, right by the marina and a 5 minute walk from the main strip and the main bus stops to explore the island, a lot of excursions near and the ferry port is a 3 minute walk which is very handy. The hotel was a little old fashioned but I quite liked this style, old skool decor but clean and no issues with the room other than the air con being broken which wasn't ideal. Didn't get to use the pool or spa but I hear they were good. Breakfast was good and I honestly can't compliment the staff more, very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay and we'll be back again"

"The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer."
