I picked this hotel because they said they had an airport shuttle 24/7 online but they do not. They did call and arrange a cab to pick us up which cost us 25euros.

Nice stay near airport, very clean hotel on a street with lots of places to walk to. Daily room cleaning and tasty breakfast with lots of selections.

Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks.

Gute Unterkunft in Neapel. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer klein aber fein, in unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich ein Restaurant und ein Supermarkt. Das Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel fantastisch, gute Auswahl in super Qualität mit frisch zubereiten Barista Kaffee. Einziger negativer Punkt: Hotel ist etwas weit außerhalb, man ist aber trotzdem mit dem Bus in 30min am Bahnhof Garibaldi (Stadtzentrum und Metrostation) und am Flughafen. Leider verkehren die Buse in Neapel sehr unregelmäßig und ohne Zeitplan. Daher oft lange Wartezeiten. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich aber nur 2min vom Hotel entfernt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Reception was dark when i arrived. Found a ROACH in my room. Receptionist didnt care. He said Naples is like this and its not the hotels problem. I told him the maintenance is the hotels problem! He handed me bug spray . I asked for a housekeeper or if he could spray. He said no, he couldnt leave the desk. He really expected me to breathe in that spray in that tiny room while sleeping. When i came down later he was passed out sleeping on the sofa. Worst hotel ever !!!!!
