The front staff lady in the morning during check out was horrible
Was rude and not helpful in booking a taxi and had to take a bus with heavy luggage
Almost missed our train

Nice small boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. It is very near the leaning tower and the centre.
Beware that there is no lift. The staff are kind and take your luggage up and down the stairs. The property is nice but the room where we stayed was little tired

We only stayed one night would love to have stayed longer. Great location lovely hotel

Lovely staff and great location. Room however was disappointing. TV didn’t work well. Mould in the shower. Marks all over the walls. No spare sockets so had to unplug lamps to charge phones. Air con tempermental. No windows except in bathroom. Patio Doors frosted so no view. Didn’t realise I was staying in an annex building. Lots of mosquitos. Stayed in Italy a week and was fine but between us over 30 bites in one evening including my 4 year old which made her poorly on the flight home.

The room you booked is called "Loft, Annex Building (1 Double Bed & 1 French Bed)".The one in the shower is not mold but it is the silicone from the shower that has become stained with humidity, but the showers are sanitized every day with bleach.Our staff is available 24 hours a day to always be helpful, the air conditioning in the room is perfectly functional, maybe it was just set badly, we would have gladly helped you to set it up, we are aware of the fact that there are only two sockets on each side of the bed and we are equipped with many double sockets which unfortunately we cannot leave in the room because some guests take them away, therefore, it would have been enough to ask at the reception.Finally, we are sorry about the mosquitoes, each room has a stove with an anti-mosquito plate, if it wasn't in the room we have some at the reception because unfortunately Pisa is full of mosquitoes, we do our best to contain the damage.We are very sorry that the mosquito bites bothered your daughter and we realize the discomfort that the bites could have caused on a 4-year-old girl.We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and we hope that you will give us a second opportunity to create a beautiful memory at the Villa Tower Inn.

Good location by the tower, stayed in the attic rooms and the bathroom smelt but overall decent room

Beautiful hotel just around the corner from the Leaning Tower. Lovely staff, great breakfast, comfortable room. I would stay here again.
