This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia.
The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

Thanks for you kind review Niklas. It's a pity you didn't tell us about the shower, we would have fixed it in 30 minutes. A wider choice for breakfast is not usual for a "2 star hotel". Kind regards.

Friendly staff. Lovely large, clean room. Good choice of breakfast. Easy to walk to leaning tower and restaurants.

Good location
Posted 29 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.

We would stay here again. The room was immaculate, breakfast was very good, and it’s a great location; but customer service is not their strength. For example, although we are seasoned travelers; and despite Google having lead us directly to the front door of the hotel, we had a great deal of difficulty finding it. The only evidence of its existence is a sign painted on the wall of an adjacent building. Its paint is fading, located well above eye level, and perpendicular to the street. There is no lobby or anything to suggest there is a hotel behind the locked gate leading to the hotel’s front door. Its existence was finally affirmed by a guest who emerged from gate. She told us that “they don’t show up” until 3:00. Our reservation stipulated that check in began at 3:00 but we had hoped to check in early. We had lunch and returned shortly before 3:00; but the front door was still locked. We found another guest at 3;20-3:25, who let us in and pointed us to the room where the office was located. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and said the front door shouldn’t have been locked. The remote control to our 17 inch TV didn’t work. I called the office to request another remote. They told me that they would send their “technical expert” to our room. She arrived in an our, confirmed that our remote didn’t work; and showed me how to change channels manually on the back of the TV; but she eventually found another remote.

Great value stay and almost perfect
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsOverall my stay was very good. The price, friendly service and large room were all excellent. The location is not the best, but decent enough given the small size of Pisa and everything was still walkable. My only areas I would suggest improving would be the towels and the mattresses. The towels seemed old and thin, and the mattresses seemed old and were sinking in the middle. Investing in some new towels and mattresses would've made my stay perfect. But also, given the good value price, I can't complain too much.

Beautiful rooms and well decorated. Walking distance to dining options, Leaning Tower and groceries store. Close to rail station as well. Fantastic host that looked after us and provided information that we needed for the local area.
Would stay here again.
