Staff at Grand Hotel Duomo were friendly and helpful, even when we messed up our reservation. The restaurant on the top floor is lovely. The hotel is dated which isn't an issue, but the bathrooms need some attention.

Amazing location, staff is very helpful, breakfast was good and the rooftop view was spectacular!! But our bathroom had moulding in the shower, we weren’t too impressed

Location was excellent and it is extremely close to many restaurants
One downfall is that their mini-fridge was broken, the building is kind of outdated but nothing can beat the location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast selections are very nice.

Great location and solid hotel. Loved the rooftop bar. Room was simple but clean. Had a room that faced onto the main street so there was a little noise but nothing too late that kept us up. Would stay here again.

Great location. Tower of Pisa is near by, Restaurants are right out the door. Walkable distance to the train station. Room is tiny but clean.

Our room has no windows. TV reception is not good. Shower room is a little tight but water pressure is reasonably high. Terrace is with very good view of Pisa leaning tower. We had a great time there.

we had a wonderful time at this hotel.Not only is it minutes of walking from the main attraction (the tower) but their restaurant is over excellent and has the best view around.
We highly recommend this wonderful hotel
