Nice hotel. Clean room. Plenty choices of food for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. 10-15 minutes walk to Pisa Tower which was perfect for us.

We brought a disabled person to this hotel which is advertised as four star. The rooms were tiny ; no tea or coffee making facilities ; the sheets were changed once ; we had to insist on being given additional towels ; the evening menu didn’t change and was unappetising. It was almost impossible to use a wheelchair into the centre of Pisa despite being close by as the poor state of the pavements made it practically impossible ans we had to use taxis . Due to this ans health issues, we advised Expedia we would need to cut short our booking by 4 nights. Despite notifying the hotel 4 days before checking out, they refuse to respond to my messages and have advised Expedia they won’t issue us with a refund . They actually told Expedia they’d spoken to us about this which is absolutely untrue. Terrible customer service . I never leave negative reviews , but I am really shocked by the hotel’s refusal to respond

it was uniquely impossible to use a wheelchair around the hotel, despite being advertised as close to the centre of Pisa. The staff were mostly lovely and doing their absolute best, but this is NOT a four star hotel; the rooms are tiny; one power point; no tea or coffee making facilities; the hotel policy is for the sheet to be changed once during stay; towels are rationed; the food is reheated, although the breakfast was very good. Despite advising the hotel that we needed to check out due to the dreadful lack of wheelchair accessibility around the hotel, they have refused to issue a refund for 4 unused days, despite being told 4 days previously. The hotel management have refused to respond to any of our messages, and told Expedia they had explained the situation to us (they haven't). The only correspondence I've received from the hotel are numerous requests for feedback! Please do not visit this hotel if you are looking and paying for a 4 star hotel. It's dreadful

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were grateful for the easy access from the train station, walking distance to the Piazza dei Miracoli and the nearby shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable with a very professional staff. An excellent buffet style breakfast was included. Highly recommended.

Very good and varied breakfast options! Probably one of the only hotels in Pisa to offer such a breakfast. Dinner service and food were also amazing!

It was okay, but not amazing. Service was okay. Room was small for the price. AC didn’t work great, but well enough. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I think this hotel was just fine but was not in anyway grand. Rooms feel dated and could really be doing with a bit on renovation. Very little amenities, they did have a minibar that didnt keep anything cold. We did however like the staff, helpfully let us check in early and helped organise an early taxi booking.
