Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. Overall definitely will recommend to stay, if you don’t own a car, there is always electric bicycles around so you can easily get to the city center enjoying the ride.

It’s okay for a stopover. Close to the airport and the Leaning Tower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also you can park onsite.

The staff in the hotel was very nice, but the location was not good traveling alone. In the end the low price didn't worth it, once the night transport is almost zero and there is no easy Uber or táxi. Also the area is quite desert and with no secure places to go more in the end of the day. Hotel facilities were ok and the ladies that attended me very nice, helping me with the bus and coffee.

We did booked this hotel the same day as the stay, when we got there the sigh /letters on the wall in front of the hotel was failing off. We did enter the hotel and the women did not even bother to talk to us, just a few minute after we enter the phone rang and she did take the call instant of taking care of us. We try to cancel but we could not, than we ask Expedia to dispute the charge for unused room. No lack with that eater.

Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay.

Comfortable and easy one night stay
Posted 11 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe had a pleasant stay here, our room was spotlessly clean, bed firm but comfortable. It was quiet too, and we could park our rental car safely in their carpark. Breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a short drive to the tower and city centre and being a Sunday evening the parking was easy. We only needed a one night stopover following our flight from London to Pisa and this was perfect for us.
