The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very basic. We liked the balcony. The hot tub did not seem fully hot and super clean so we skipped that. The continental breakfast was pleasant and there is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor next to the breakfast area.

The rooms were simple and basic. The staff and owners were lovely and made the experience. There are not a lot of dining options open during the week off season in Piriapolis but they called around to many places to find us one. Really great people. The breakfast area on the 3rd floor has lovely views. The room with forest views is on a street and the forest is in the distance. It does have a swimming pool and hot tubs. Some of the nicest people.

Perfect location!
Many items not working, and I was not impressed by the cleanliness.

Staff saw me checking out with luggage and did not offer any help at all to carry it.

Loved the Bakari! Right on the beach, very good breakfast, friendly staff, great location. Have a rooftop lounge where you can sunbathe, pretty courtyard, pool and ping pong tables. Not far from Punta del Este, but affordable. They are environmentally conscious, with solar panels on the roof. Would definitely go again.

Perfect location for access to Rambla and beach
Posted 3 Jun 2017 on Travelocity A great place to stay for a few days of r & r. It especially suited me because I could walk out of the hotel , cross the street, and be on the Rambla. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel Boutique Bakari in beautiful Piriapolis.

Excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Location fenomenal near everything right across the street from the ocean.
Also for breakfast all the bread, and pastries are home made.
The only thing I didn't like was the old elevators.
