Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for a precarious room. No phone in the from to reach the front desk, tried calling them from my phone with the number on the website no success either. Extremely awful experience, will not go again.

Hello, we've received your complaint. We are deeply sorry by what happened, however today we have accommodations that have internal telephones and others that still do not. The request to have a telephone in the apartment will be done in the future, as we have the project to implant telephones in all accommodations this year.

Huge hotel, internationally speaking 3 stars, clean but not very well maintained, too big. Breakfast was good and I was surprised how many people were there

I didn’t even stay there. I tried to cancelled at the same day I did the reservation but they told me that I wasn’t able to cancel it.

Posted 17 Feb 2024 on HotelsFoi uma estadia maravilhosa. Descansamos, curtimos o ambiente e relaxamos. As piscinas estavam adequadas a temperatura e as aquecidas estava ótima. Comida de bom preço, porém falta algo mais gastronômico.

Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsLocal bacana, mas muita criança fui pra me distrair com minha namorada, fiquei foi estressado com tanta criança, poderia ter um espaço apenas para adultos, piscinas achei sujas poderiam ter mais cuidado em relação a limpeza! No entanto café da manha top adorei.

Bom, mas muito caro, se quiser bebe água, é melhor compra na cidade que 1,5L e 2,50 no mercado, no hotel 250ml é 5,00
