"This is more of a motel. Loud maids early in the morning outside the doors and on the second day of my three night stay all the hot water for some reason was off all morning and afternoon, so cold shower or nothing. There wasn’t any reason given and a time of return wasn’t given or rebate given. The rooms are dated and so is the bar and restaurant. After 2 days without room service I was told by customer service they only clean the rooms every 3 days."

"The room was clean but the mini fridge didn’t really work. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked there buffet breakfast."

"The room was nice, no elevator, had to carry the luggage through the stairs to get to the second floor. Not an issue for us but should be stated. Very close to the park. Awesome for the price. Would definitely be back if in the area. "

"Everything was great, the gym was nice, the pool had an outside bar, rooms were spacious. House keeping came regularly. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This is a great budget friendly hotel for universal! It’s our first time staying on the property but definitely won’t be our last! Very convenient to all parks waking or riding a bus. Lots of activities and food choices! "

"The Stay way good. The staff was gentle and very friendly. Good coffee. Overall the place was clean. Only one decepcion as we found coacroaches in the bedroom twice. They probably should dedetizing or deep cleaning more frequently."
