Rick was so kind and very professional. He even helped me with continued bookings I originally made through third party apps when I had to extend a number of times also to get me into the same room when possible. Him and the rest of the staff were some of the best I have personally encountered.

This is a quick weekend trip so I didn’t let it bother me much because we only use the room to sleep. The room was not cleaned properly or at all in my opinion. The towels were stained even after asking for new ones. Honestly we didn’t use them. The room floor was dirty and needed a good mopping. Breakfast also only had carb option, waffles, bagels, muffins. Plus was the location. Close to all the parks we visited, plus food and shopping options. But I would not stay here again.

This hotel was ideal for our 5 night stay. Staff were friendly, room was very clean, AC kept our room cool, water was always warm, lift was a good size, complimentary breakfast each morning. Staff always greeted us when walking past reception. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel situatated on carrier drive in a quiet area just back from main I Drive strip. Roughly 5 -7 min walk to the strip.

Staff was very nice we came late on Friday night they were very nice and welcoming however bathroom floor was dirty the bed sheets were stained . Smelled like mildew luckily I always come prepared with blankets and Lysol and fabric spray room spray for my allergies etc breakfast was okay no protein but my kids wash waffles Overall not a terrible we go to sleep we don’t spent time in hotel . We use to take quick showers and leave out the parks . I have stayed in way better for the same price often.

The Stay way good. The staff was gentle and very friendly. Good coffee. Overall the place was clean. Only one decepcion as we found coacroaches in the bedroom twice. They probably should dedetizing or deep cleaning more frequently.

Very basic budget hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel in an area close to universal then this is it. They have tried to do some “upgrades” to an older hotel with paint and some modern furniture. They have a pool and offer a limited breakfast for free, neither of which we participated in. The hotel was clean but their effort to dress (modernize) up the bathroom left it feeling less than spotless. Caulk over old caulk, paint over light switches instead of just replacing, aging fixtures are just examples. Like I said though if you just need a quick place to stop for 1 night or are looking for a very budget friendly basic close to Universal place this is it.
