"The bridge hotel greenford , very outdated , needs a lot of work done on it to bring it back up to scratch carpets in bedrooms , very dirty paint , all chipping off everywhere , just poor condition all round"

"Needs updating and car park is tiny and not overly safe at night. Breakfast was ok if in a rush and don’t want much choice."

"The bedroom floor hadn’t been hoovered and was very dirty, I checked in really late after a cancelled flight so just ignored it. The bathroom also had no moisturiser in the container which was annoying. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. A great selection for vegans and also if you need gluten free. I’ve stayed before and would stay again. "
