Overall, a disappointing hotel versus the pictures on the site. The rooms are a lot more run down. The toilets are tiny. The pool was pathetic. I was surprised that the hotel received a 8.4

Thank you for taking time to send us your review. We are sorry that your stay did not hold up to your expectations. We value our clients feedback in order to improve our services even more. Most of our guests state that the Hotel is actually much more impressive in person, however We should update our external pictures as there have been updates to our garden that are not represented in the pictures. We find that our guests that truly get to appreciate our hotel and location are those that experience all our services for at least several days in which they enjoy our Full-Board or half-board so they can enjoy the Italian dishes our chef prepars with fresh ingredients and are able to relax on our private beach that is just steps away as well as take a ride on our complimentary bike service. Our swimming pool is an adequate for our 30 rooms and much appreciated by our guests as it is not crowded and children can swim safely. We hope you return and experience our hotel with all our services so you too experience why our other guests have rated us highly.

Albergo molto comodo con accesso diretto alla spiaggia bella la zona piscina pulita e curata ideale per famiglie con bici a disposizione pulizia delle stanze ottima. Molto confortevole. Ritorneremo

La colazione veramente da dimenticare, da hotel a 2 stelle. Dalle 10 di mattina chek-out.Frigo in camera vuoto.nessun telo mare-piscina.Scarso rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Gentile Ospite, Lei giudica la nostra colazione da Hotel a 2 Stelle senza spiegare quali carenze abbia trovato, soprattutto avrebbe potuto farli presenti alla Direzione in modo tale da poter soddisfare le sue aspettative e le sue Voglie qualora ci fossero state realmente. Il telo mare se lo avesse chiesto o alla reception o al bagnino le sarebbe stato consegnato come avviene tutti i giorni. Avendo prenotato tramite questo sito ha potuto ben leggere che l'orario del check out é entro le 10 quindi non capisco di cosa si lamenta quando era già a conoscenza degli orari IN & OUT. Se vorrà tornare saremo lieti di riaverla come nostro ospite così da poter farla ricredere e magari questa volta esprimerà anche un commento positivo. Cordiali Saluti La Direzione
