We had a wonderful one night stay here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and nice during our stay. We even woke up to a moose sleeping outside our window.

Good quality for price

Clean room, great amenities. Breakfast was just okay....coffee tea toast bagel waffles cereal yogurt muffins fruit. Friendly staff, easy parking. Would definitely stay here again.

We previously stayed here a few months ago and the room, staff and location were amazing. This stay was very different. Room was ice cold when we checked in, staff was not very friendly upon check in nor did they freshen our room in the three days we were there. Our last day there, the morning clerk never arrived so the limited breakfast options they offer, weren’t available as no one was there. Love the location, but something definitely changed in the four months when we were last there. Very disappointing, would return if staffing improves. Plus, had to buy my own hairdryer as one was not in the room as previously in my last stay.

We are very sorry your stay here was not as good as the last time.. I definitely apologize for the lobby not being ready for breakfast the last day of your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. and if the check in process was negative, we usually have pretty positive staff members. We don't get a lot of negative reviews like this, so we definitely will be addressing these issues. we try to keep the electric bill lower in the winter time (slow season) so we don't keep the heaters on in the rooms. we leave that up to the guests to turn on upon arrival. we have had problems with blow dryers going missing and being broken, so we provide them when a guest asks for them. just in case you need one if you decide to use our motel in the future, which we hope you do. We also have been giving our customers more space since COVID so if your room ever needs so extra attention, please let us know. A lot has changed with personal space, housekeeping going into occupied rooms and motels. We apologize again for have a off week at the Motel. We never want anyone leaving on such bad experiences.thank youSQ- Manager
