The pool area was beautiful but the hours available were less than appealing. Seems like it would make more sense to open later and stay open longer. The breakfast items were a joke. Nothing hot was offered except oatmeal. Very limited choices even then.

We would stay there again. Very clean with small cafe in the building. The staff and everyone we met there was very friendly and helpful.
Very "home town" feeling there and beautiful view of the mountains.

We arrived to our hotel and put our stuff in the room. We put food in the fridge and it was cold when we put it in there. Later throughout our trip we noticed the fridge had stopped working and all of our food had gone bad. There was not an employee on site! no one!!! Not a soul….They left the hotel full of guests with no one here!!! went to the front desk rang the door bell and called multiple times. Even checked the back room to see if they had fallen asleep but no one was on site. The next morning locked myself out of my room and still no one there to helps us. Luckily I found my key and we packed up and left. So unprofessional and unsafe to leave a hotel full of guest with no one there. And to top it all off our jetted tub did not work that we paid extra for also no one on site to help with that issue or ask for refund or some kind of compensation. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Room was clean. Bathroom door... the door handle was installed backwards. You can not close the door fully or lock it. No Bathroom exaust fan or it was not working properly. Bathroom filled with steam thick. Minor cosmetic issues. But the front counter staff was kind polite and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

An old baymont turned into the Pinedale hotel and suites. Some remnants of the baymont remain and it has t changed much since we stayed there then. The lobby area is warm and inviting. Did have some mild plumbing issues but they were kind when it was reported. Comfy bed and that’s what really matters.
